Good to Have Skills: Sound experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes and tools such as GCP Cloudbuild, Codefresh, Github actions. Strong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience in a number of programming languages. Hands on experience in API Testing using postman, supertest API frameworks. Have a growth mindset, a focus on continuous improvement, and be passionate about learning new tools, technologies and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth IVR testing and engineering with extensive experience in testing process involving Contact Centre products like Amazon Connect
• Utilize Cyara IVR automation tool for comprehensive testing and automation of IVR systems
• Conduct extensive hands-on testing of IVRs, inbound and outbound calls using manual and Cyara methods
• Use Cyara cruncher tool to perform comprehensive IVR performance testing and analysis
• Diagnose testing issues and analyze IVR logs to identify root cause of problems
• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional test requirements and perform assessment to confirm testing approach
• Design functional test approach, create comprehensive test plans and assess different test types required for application based on requirements
• Develop detailed test scripts, perform thorough test runs and analyze test results for quality assurance

Experience Required: Experienced level position requiring extensive hands-on experience in IVR testing, automation tools, and contact center technologies
