Description

Test and automate IVR systems for Amazon Connect and contact centre products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth IVR testing using manual methods and Cyara automation.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis using Cyara Cruncher.
• Diagnose issues by analyzing IVR logs and identifying root causes.
• Design test approaches, create test plans, and develop detailed test scripts.
• Execute test runs and analyze results to ensure quality assurance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IVR testing.
• Proficiency with Cyara IVR automation tool.
• Experience with Amazon Connect or similar contact centre products.
• Strong skills in test planning, scripting, and analysis.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GCP Cloudbuild, Codefresh, or Github Actions.
• Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or Supertest.
