Description

You will execute functional and regression testing for IVR and UI systems to ensure quality across release cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing using established QA methodologies.
• Execute test automation for IVR and UI components.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting within JIRA.
• Operate within Agile and DevOps frameworks to support release cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• Proficient speaking, listening, and writing skills in Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
• Practical knowledge of test automation for IVR and UI.
• Experience using JIRA for issue tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the banking domain.
