Description

You will execute testing for Genesys IVR systems and automate UI processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test activities across multiple teams and locations.
• Identify technical issues and craft proactive resolutions and communication plans.
• Perform risk assessments and impact analysis for software applications.
• Manage end-to-end testing workflows within a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Genesys IVR testing.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in UI Automation.
• Proven ability to coordinate testing across distributed teams.
• Experience in technical issue identification and resolution planning.
• Competency in software risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Any graduate degree.
