Description

You will design, develop, and test IVR solutions using NICE CXone technology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts using NICE CXone Studio and CXone Automation Studio to enhance call flow designs, chat, and backend API integrations.
• Own the full development lifecycle including design, unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during the QA cycle.
• Lead or mentor junior staff and provide subject matter expertise for solution design and network optimization.
• Collaborate with system analysts and product management within an agile environment to deliver maintainable code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or testing.
• Proficiency with NICE CXone technology and Studio.
• Experience with IVR design and development.
• Hands-on experience with API integration to backend systems.
• Strong testing and automation skills to ensure code quality.
• Experience working within agile development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
