Description

You will design, develop, and support IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop IVR workflows leveraging Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
• Design and support Genesys Cloud CX outbound predictive agent and IVR-based dialers.
• Implement and consume API and Web Service back-end services.
• Configure Genesys agent desktop scripts, data tables, and schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR development.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX outbound predictive agent and IVR-based dialers.
• Proficiency with REST, GraphQL, and JSON.
• Experience implementing and consuming API/Web Service back-end services.
• Understanding of OAUTH and SAML authentication methodologies.
• Experience with Genesys configuration including agent desktop scripts, data tables, and schedules.

• Any Graduate degree.
