Description

You will execute integration, verification, and validation testing for software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute test management and methodologies including integration, verification, and validation.
• Develop and execute functional, non-functional, and automated test cases based on requirement documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting on software and hardware to identify system weaknesses like race conditions or synchronization problems.
• Manage defects and track progress using tools like ClearQuest and JIRA.
• Apply analytical methods to identify border values and intermittent software/hardware issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Unix, Linux, and Android systems.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth testing and Ethernet networks.
• Proficiency with defect management tools including JIRA and ClearQuest.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like VersionOne.
• Experience within the aerospace industry.
• Ability to interpret complex requirement documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Avionics industry experience.
• Programming or scripting capabilities, specifically Shell Scripting.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies.
