Description

You will execute integration, verification, and validation testing for software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage test methodologies and execute functional, non-functional, and automated test cases based on requirement documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting on software and hardware to identify system weaknesses, including race conditions and synchronization problems.
• Apply analytical methods to identify border values and intermittent software or hardware issues.
• Manage defects and track progress using ClearQuest and JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux, and Android systems.
• Proficiency with defect management tools including JIRA and ClearQuest.
• Experience with Bluetooth testing and Ethernet networks.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like VersionOne.
• Experience within the aerospace industry.

Preferred Skills

• Avionics industry experience.
• Programming or scripting capabilities, specifically Shell Scripting.
