Description

Develop and maintain J2EE web applications for Hitachi unit monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and define architectural solutions.
• Perform full-stack development for new features and the existing fleet monitoring platform.
• Design and develop back-end logic and web application front-ends.
• Collaborate with other developers and provide mentorship.
• Write supporting design and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience developing data-intensive web applications with J2EE.
• Proficiency with Liferay, jQuery, Hibernate, JSP, JSF, and Spring Boot/Integration.
• Significant experience with PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, and PL-PGSQL.
• Experience developing web services.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and TestNG.
• Knowledge of ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and SVN.
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems such as CentOS, Ubuntu, or RedHat.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostGIS and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Cosmos DB.
