Lead solutioning, implementation, and technical guidance for Jama Connect ALM environments. Own the end-to-end solution to implement business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Jama Connect application and develop plugins using REST APIs.
• Lead solution development and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage data migration activities across various ALM tools.
• Provide training and handholding to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ALM implementation and solutioning.
• Expertise in full-cycle Jama Connect implementation.
• Deep understanding of Jama Connect functional and technical architecture.
• Proficiency in plugin development using Java or Python via REST APIs.
• Experience with application configuration and REST API integration.
• Knowledge of data migration processes between ALM technologies.
• Experience defining solutions for Life Science and Healthcare requirements.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
