Description

Act as the primary domain expert and administrator for the JAMA platform, ensuring tool stability and effective integration across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration for JAMA, serving as the main point of contact for tool configuration and user support.
• Create and maintain custom report scripts using Velocity scripting and REST APIs to provide actionable insights.
• Manage software and project configurations, defining and enforcing best practices for tool usage.
• Perform periodic upgrades, evaluate validation requirements, and liaise with JAMA to report bugs and address shortcomings.
• Develop and update comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and best practice guides for internal teams.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience as a tool administrator for JAMA, DOORS, or similar DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in Python, HTML, and Velocity scripting for automation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Jenkins, and Docker for integration and containerization.
• Experience integrating developmental tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins with JAMA.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field.
