Description

You will manage and maintain Apple device environments using Jamf Pro.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jamf Pro to manage macOS and iOS devices.
• Configure and deploy device settings and software packages.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management issues.
• Maintain overall device health and compliance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in device management.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro.
• Jamf 100 or Jamf 200 Certification.
• Ability to deploy and configure software packages.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for endpoint issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with macOS and iOS configuration profiles.
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
