Description

You will lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices across retail environments using JAMF Pro.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and management of 85,000+ Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
• Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline device management processes.
• Ensure security and compliance of all Apple devices through certificates, encryption, and policy management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device management and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts, updates, and documentation.

Required Skills

• JAMF 300 or 400 Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Apple device management.
• Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro, including automation and API integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale deployments of 85,000+ Apple devices.
• Proficiency in scripting with zsh and bash for automation and reporting.
• Experience using JAMF Pro Classic API and JAMF Pro API for data management.
• Ability to read, parse, and manage data using JSON and property list (.plist) files.
• Strong understanding of Apple device security and compliance policies.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of total working experience.
