Description

You will manage and deploy Apple devices across retail locations using JAMF Pro at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices via JAMF Pro.
• Develop automation workflows to streamline device management processes.
• Ensure security and compliance of all Apple devices in retail environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device management and deployment issues.

Required Skills

• Advanced JAMF Pro expertise, including automation functions and API integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale Apple device deployments (85,000+ devices).
• Proficiency in zsh and bash scripting for automation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Apple device security, certificates, encryption, and compliance policies.
• Experience with JAMF Pro Classic API and JAMF Pro API for data management.
• Ability to read, parse, and manage JSON and property list (.plist) files.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Apple device management.
• JAMF 300/400 Certification or equivalent experience.
