Description

Manage and administer Apple device fleets using Jamf Pro to ensure seamless macOS and iOS operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 2/3 incidents related to macOS, iOS, systems, networks, and hardware.
• Develop, maintain, and deploy corporate macOS images and software packages via Jamf.
• Create and manage Jamf policies, smart groups, extension attributes, and software restrictions.
• Build application packages using Casper Composer for global deployment.
• Onboard new employees and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting Apple macOS and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in macOS troubleshooting using command-line tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration and MDM management.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and integrated DEP enrollment.
• Experience with Jamf Connect and Okta SSO integration.
• Proven ability to deploy macOS security patches and applications.
• Experience managing application license procurement through Apple Business Manager.

Preferred Skills

• Jamf 10 and Jamf 200 certifications.
