Description

You will maintain cleanliness for a 25,192 square foot facility in Jacksonville, FL. You own the daily cleaning operations to support 24/7 facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and mop office floors and surfaces.
• Remove trash from offices and common areas.
• Maintain and clean breakroom areas and conference rooms.
• Perform cleaning duties for four bathrooms and two separate work areas.
• Work weekends as needed to support 24/7 facility operations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Ability to operate vacuum equipment.
• Experience cleaning and maintaining breakrooms and conference rooms.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Capacity to handle medium traffic environments.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in facility maintenance.
