You will handle incoming inquiries from healthcare providers to resolve complex administrative and billing issues.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from physician offices and clinics to identify specific assistance needs including benefits, eligibility, billing, and authorizations.
Resolve provider issues during the first call by navigating complex computer systems to determine status and provide accurate responses.
Document all provider interactions to track specific issues and facilitate the reporting of operational trends.
Maintain professional relationships with healthcare staff through clear communication and information delivery.
Required Skills
Fluency in Japanese.
Ability to navigate and learn new, complex system applications and Windows PC environments.
Strong problem-solving skills to assess current states and formulate recommendations.
Skillful listening and information collection abilities.
Experience with teamwork and system applications.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
1+ year of experience in office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles using phones and computers.
