You will lead the implementation of reporting solutions and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements and oversee full implementation cycles.
• Interface with internal business units and technical resources to align project goals.
• Own all agile ceremonies and manage team momentum.
• Collaborate with established development teams, including vendor personnel and remote members.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of JasperReports-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in JasperReports development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Advanced knowledge of Java concepts.
• Degree in any field of study.
• Experience with SQL.
