Description

You will lead the migration of FX Calypso capabilities into Tensor-native services, driving architectural changes across the trade lifecycle, regulatory reporting, and accounting integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver API-first, event-driven architecture using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate microservices and messaging patterns, specifically Kafka, to ensure seamless data flow.
• Utilize AI tools across the SDLC to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Manage full data migration, reconciliation, and downstream continuity for legacy systems.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure functional parity, improved straight-through processing (STP), and successful testing sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka and messaging systems for event-driven design.
• Proficiency in Oracle or MS SQL databases.
• Ability to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with data migration and reconciliation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or FX trading systems (e.g., Calypso).
