Description

You will design and build internal developer platforms, reusable frameworks, and AI agents to automate engineering tasks and accelerate productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for code analysis, PR validation, test orchestration, and CI/CD operations.
• Build AI agents using GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, leveraging Claude models and other LLMs within IntelliJ and GitHub environments.
• Develop internal frameworks and services for micro-services architectures and distributed systems to shift left on performance and resiliency testing.
• Create AI-assisted tooling for root cause analysis, test generation, and system diagnostics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and micro-services architectures.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying services on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and management.
• Practical experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and engineering productivity tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating LLMs (such as Claude) into developer workflows.
• Background in building internal developer platforms or reusable engineering components.
