Description

Design and build AI-powered developer tools, agentic workflows, and performance engineering frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java tools and frameworks for application performance and resiliency testing.
• Build AI agents using GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, Claude models, and other LLMs to automate engineering processes.
• Develop services interacting with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Build and optimize GitHub Actions pipelines for large-scale monorepos and microservices architectures.
• Integrate AI agents into CI/CD workflows to automate quality checks, code analysis, and test orchestration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Core Java development.
• Hands-on experience building frameworks for performance and resiliency engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, LLM integrations, and AI-driven development tools.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with source control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of regression testing, performance engineering, and developer productivity tooling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Copilot Agent Mode.
• Experience developing tools within IDE environments such as IntelliJ.
