Description

Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver cost-effective healthcare applications, managing code reuse and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Java and Node.js services while managing organizational code asset reuse.
• Oversee daily operations for onshore and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to code reviews, unit testing, and data handling best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist teams with breaking down Agile stories and tasks.
• Identify scope for performance, security, and accessibility testing while managing implementation into production.
• Act as a subject matter expert to identify process automation opportunities and escalate delivery blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience using Node.js and/or Java.
• 5+ years of experience deploying applications to cloud environments such as Azure, IBM, or GCP (no AWS).
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Proven experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Octopus, and GitHub.
• Practical knowledge of Splunk, Postman, and Swagger.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data security practices specific to HIPAA privacy and protection.
• Experience working within SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Watson or other chatbot development platforms.
• Familiarity with Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or Python.
• Understanding of PCI data governance requirements.
