Key Responsibilities

* Lead the technical team in designing and implementing *Java and AI-based solutions*.

* Act as the *technical front-end for the client*, handling technical discussions, requirements, solutioning, and presentations.

* Design and implement *Agentic AI-based solutions* for enterprise use cases.

* Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow execution, and autonomous decision-making.

* Integrate *Generative AI / LLMs* with Java-based enterprise applications.

* Design scalable and production-ready AI solutions using appropriate AI/Agent frameworks.

* Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

* Provide technical guidance, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentorship to team members.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Java and AI components.

* Ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications.

 Mandatory Skills

* *6+ years of overall IT experience*

* Strong hands-on experience in *Java / Java Backend Development*

* Strong hands-on experience in *Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI*

* Proven experience implementing *Agentic AI solutions*

* Experience with *LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI orchestration*

* Experience with *Agentic AI frameworks* such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent

* Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices

* Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications

* Strong *technical leadership and client-facing communication skills*

* Ability to lead a team and drive technical discussions with clients

  Good to Have

* Experience with *Python* for AI/ML integration

* Experience with *Vector Databases*

* Knowledge of *RAG architecture*

* Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services

* Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and security

* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD

* Experience designing scalable enterprise AI architectures
