Description

You will build and maintain high-availability distributed systems using Java and GoLang.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and GoLang.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka integrations.
• Manage data persistence across SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, and Cassandra.
• Write unit tests and implement Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or above (Java 11/17 preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with GoLang.
• Strong working knowledge of Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or Cassandra).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Competency with JUnit, GitHub, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD tools, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of reactive programming (e.g., Vert.X).
• Experience with Cucumber for BDD or JMeter for performance testing.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms and cloud computing.
