Description

You will manage and support WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server systems in a production environment. You will troubleshoot production interfaces and debug application infrastructure outages. You participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware and other application servers. You analyze, design, code, test, and install production fixes and solutions. You collect MQ trace data and coordinate technical resolutions with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server software systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug production interfaces and application infrastructure outages.
• Analyze problem records and drive technical improvements.
• Document and install production fixes.
• Coordinate technical resolutions with vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience troubleshooting production interfaces.
• Ability to debug system outages.
• Experience analyzing problem records.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
