Description

You will support WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug production interface and application infrastructure outages.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and install production fixes and technical solutions.
• Collect MQ trace data and manage technical interactions with vendors.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware and application support.
• Represent the management team on development projects to drive technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in middleware or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience managing WebSphere Application Server software systems.
• Ability to analyze problem records and design technical improvements.
• Proven experience debugging production-level interfaces and outages.
• Experience documenting and installing production fixes independently.

• Any Graduate degree.
