Description

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Java and microservices architecture, owning the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise integration systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices using REST/SOAP and XML web services to integrate client applications with external platforms.
• Troubleshoot and support multithreaded enterprise Java applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Manage deployments to application servers and automate delivery pipelines for efficient release cycles.
• Maintain and optimize relational database interactions within the Java ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE development.
• Deep expertise in the Spring framework and Spring Boot services.
• Proficiency with messaging systems including JMS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform for automated deployments.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP and XML web services.
• Experience deploying to application servers, preferably Weblogic.
• Proficiency with relational databases.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud.
