Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for a core platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new backend solutions and RESTful services from scratch.
• Lead offshore development teams and perform code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Write technical user stories and collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on requirements.
• Optimize complex database queries, stored procedures, and schema designs in SQL Server.
• Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage CI/CD deployments on OpenShift.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java and Spring Boot programming experience.
• 10+ years designing and creating RESTful web services and Microservices.
• 10+ years of SQL Server experience, including complex queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Views.
• Strong proficiency with Swagger API and various debugging tools.
• Experience working within CI/CD and OpenShift environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead offshore resources with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift deployment pipelines.
