You will design and implement scalable backend architectures and drive the transition from monolithic systems to modern microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable backend architectures and set engineering standards.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Lead the transition from monolithic architectures to microservices.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy and optimize applications on AWS.
• Design and manage efficient MySQL database structures and queries.
• Translate business requirements from product managers into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in MySQL and relational database design.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of designing high-performance, scalable systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hibernate, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
