You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure APIs to support platform functionalities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs using Java technologies and RESTful principles.
• Translate product and architectural requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code implementing versioning, documentation, and error handling.
• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliability.
• Optimize API performance and security for high traffic volumes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java developer with a focus on API development.
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs using JSON/XML and HTTP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle and version control using Git.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
