Description

Build scalable serverless platforms on AWS using Java. Own the full REST API lifecycle from development to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Manage data persistence and messaging with Amazon Aurora, SNS, and SQS.
• Implement infrastructure as code using CloudFormation and manage security via IAM.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Execute automated testing across the development and maintenance lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, IAM, and Step Functions.
• Experience with OpenAPI and API-first development practices.
• Proficiency in ADO pipeline development and deployment automation.
• Ability to use CLI and AWS tools via PowerShell.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
