Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design APIs and services within a distributed, multi-tier architecture.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Salt for automated releases.
• Integrate with Kafka for event streaming and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
• Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with Spring Boot or Vert.x frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and message queuing.
• Proficiency in relational databases and/or NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, including Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of HTTP, Apache, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
