Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based APIs and microservices, optimizing applications for performance and scalability while managing deployments via AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Java-based APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
• Optimize and troubleshoot applications to improve performance.
• Deploy and manage services using AWS cloud technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java (version 11 and up).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Front-end development experience or knowledge of financial services/fintech.
