Lead end-to-end Java API development and solution architecture for scalable technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using Java and modern frameworks.
• Drive solution design, architecture decisions, and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality delivery and risk management.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Manage estimation, planning, and release activities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java (8+).
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Oracle/PostgreSQL databases and JPA/Hibernate.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and API integrations.
• 8+ years in Java development with proven leadership experience.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
