Description

Lead end-to-end Java API development, architecture, and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design, architecture decisions, and technical roadmap for Java-based systems.
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and manage risk, estimation, and release planning.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Java development with proven leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
