Description

You will serve as the BPM expert responsible for the design, configuration, and enterprise implementation of Appian solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations using databases, Active Directory, Web APIs, Snowflake, and Dremio.
• Develop Java-based plugins for the Appian platform to extend functionality.
• Lead technical assessments and detailed design reviews to ensure alignment with approved architecture.
• Build BPM reference implementations and integrate them with existing patterns, components, and systems.
• Collaborate with Architects to refine BPM maturity and evolve the BPM Center of Excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on enterprise technology solutions.
• 7+ years of experience with Appian design, development, configuration, and infrastructure.
• 5+ years of Core Java and J2EE experience, specifically developing Java plugins for Appian.
• 5+ years of experience with databases, APIs, and integrations including Active Directory, Ping, Snowflake, and Dremio.
• 5+ years of experience with automated deployment pipelines and Atlassian tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Ansible.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS or Appian Cloud.
• Proven experience architecting design, network, and security recommendations for new applications.
• Experience designing and building enterprise or distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multi-tenant environments and progressing applications to the cloud.
