CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience programming with Java/J2EE and web programming concepts
Experience in software development
Knowledge of Linux operating Systems, Apache Tomcat, webservices, DB2 database, writing and executing complex SQL queries
Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Effective oral and written communication
Working in a team environment and ability to communicate and assist with training other team members
Experience guiding and recommending Application Architecture and Standardization
Experience with JIRA and JAMA
Working with Azure DevOps
Experience performing code reviews
Experience with DB2 and SQL
TxDMV experience is preferred but not mandatory
