Description

Lead the architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting of Java applications within an enterprise environment on Amazon ECS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting of Java applications on Amazon ECS.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify application dependencies and ensure smooth deployments.
• Consult with application teams on deployment best practices and operational stability.
• Manage change requests and act as a liaison between technical teams and global stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software architecture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Core Application Architecture.
• Expertise deploying applications on Amazon ECS.
• Proficiency with GitHub Enterprise.
• Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex application issues.
• Ability to manage workloads across Asia and US ET time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application discovery and identifying functional dependencies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
• Experience with Terraform Enterprise.
