Description

You will own the architecture and development of core business applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core business application components using Object Oriented Java/JEE principles.
• Build and maintain web applications, interfaces, and RESTful web services.
• Create technical design documents and collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to the application development team.
• Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Strong proficiency in designing logical and physical database models for Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, RESTful Web Services, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, and OpenShift container orchestration.
• Knowledge of source control tools, specifically GIT.
