Description

Design, develop, and implement a low latency, high frequency Fixed Income eTrading Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance server-side backend execution platforms using Core Java.
• Deliver and maintain front-office pricing and trading applications following release procedures.
• Manage process monitoring and observability for trading systems.
• Participate in rotational production support to resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with senior traders to drive rapid front-office development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Core Java, including multi-threading and memory management.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework and KDB.
• Experience with Unix and Shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Relational databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Middleware Messaging such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, Solace, Tibco RV, or publish/subscribe models.
• Experience with code management using Git or Bitbucket.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python.
• Working knowledge of Fixed Income products, specifically Rates Products.
