Description

You will build and maintain backend services that integrate data governance and cataloging tools into existing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build net new product features and custom developments to support data strategy initiatives.
• Integrate data governance and cataloging tools into the current codebase.
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support data mesh architecture.
• Collaborate with data strategy and governance teams to implement technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Proven track record of custom development and net new build-outs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
