Description

You will develop and maintain Java applications within the Workflows domain for banking and wealth management clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional analysis and gather business requirements to develop and iterate functional specifications.
  • Develop software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate within an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Provide third-level support for production incidents and work to resolve architectural limitations.
  • Define and execute functional test cases and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management.
  • Collaborate with architects to design system integrations and align technical solutions with the architectural vision.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of IT experience with a strong background in banking and wealth management.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Experience developing REST services and writing SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proven ability to work within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate to Geneva.
  • Completion of FNZ Full Developer training is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Kafka, Jenkins, GitLab, Oracle, MySQL, or Linux.
  • Knowledge of FNZ Studio and multi-country solution rollouts.
