Description

You will develop and maintain Java applications for the Workflows domain in banking and wealth management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analysis and gather business requirements to develop functional specifications.
• Build software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Provide third-level support for production incidents and resolve architectural limitations.
• Define functional test cases, lead user acceptance testing, and manage change processes.
• Collaborate with architects to design system integrations aligned with the architectural vision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a strong background in banking and wealth management.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience developing REST services and writing SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven ability to work within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate to Geneva.
• Completion of FNZ Full Developer training is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, Jenkins, GitLab, Oracle, MySQL, or Linux.
• Knowledge of FNZ Studio and multi-country solution rollouts.
