Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software features and data movement solutions for client reference data systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and troubleshoot software code based on design specifications.
• Deploy and integrate new software into existing database systems.
• Develop and optimize distributed cache infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation details.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building medium to large-scale Java or Spring Boot multi-threaded applications.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework.
• Strong object-oriented (OO) design skills.
• Experience with relational databases such as Sybase or DB2, and SQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Mongo.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX environments.
• Familiarity with GIT and Jenkins.
• Experience performing unit testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scala, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Frontend development experience using Angular.
