Description

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful web services for enterprise integration.
• Write complex SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform performance tuning and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Core Java and J2EE.
• Web Services: SOAP and REST.
• SQL and PL/SQL.
• Oracle Database and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and supporting IVR applications.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or other contact center platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
