Description

You will design, build, and maintain Java-based applications on AWS, owning the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement AWS solutions including ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Aurora, ALB, and Route 53.
• Write and execute tests using JUnit and Cucumber, and monitor performance with Splunk and APM tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope projects, and guide team delivery.
• Manage build and deployment pipelines using Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Development with Core Java and J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and hands-on solution implementation.
• Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Batch, JPA, REST, and MQ.
• Experience with XML, Web Services, and SOA.
• Proficiency in testing tools (JUnit, Cucumber) and logging/monitoring (Splunk).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in client interaction and requirement gathering.
• Proven track record of anchoring projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
