Required Skills

• 10+ years in Java, Spring, and Microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Cloud, SOA, Agile, and Scrum.
• Proven people management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
