Responsibilities

• Manage application development teams and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze technical solutions for quality and business alignment.
• Monitor delivery results and participate in budget management.
• Negotiate with external parties and define essential procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
• Experience with Oracle, Cloud, and SOA architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven people management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
