Lead the design, build, and configuration of enterprise applications as the primary technical point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development efforts and manage team decisions to deliver technical solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to provide scalable solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Drive project success and key architectural decisions through collaboration with multiple teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition and strong backend development expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• 2 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Cassandra DataStax.
• Experience with AWS and Python.
