Description

Provide code-level support and technical resolutions for investment portfolio analytics tools within a UNIX environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve coding issues within defined SLAs.
• Extract diagnostic information from UNIX logs using shell scripting.
• Automate resolution of repeat issues to improve support efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive complex client issue resolution.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Java and Python.
• 4+ years working in a UNIX environment.
• 3+ years in a dedicated support role.
• 3+ years working knowledge in portfolio analytics (attribution, risk, benchmarking, performance).
• Proficiency in debugging API calls and UI/API integration.
• Experience with version control, unit testing, and technical specification writing.
• 8+ years overall technology experience.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing quality-of-life snippets and debug tooling for clients.
